has a great column up naming the ten judges who committed the most grievous offenses against their profession in 2001. It’s a funny read; I especially like the part about the guy who served as judge and prosecutor in a trial.

Great news from Utah. Judge David Young lost the retention vote yesterday 53% to 47%. He is the first judge in Utah history to be ousted. He is sexist and soft on sex offenders and is anti-gay. Good riddence!
