For everyone who’s as addicted to the show as I am: The Truth About Trading Spaces. There aren’t a whole lot of surprises here, but rather, verification that there are a few other people helping out with the work (both the in-room work and the carpentry), and the budget isn’t as tight as we’re led to believe (since “general supplies” come out of a $30K-per-episode production fund).

Even with the secrets out (and they say they never kept it secret), it’s still a fun show.

If you like trading spaces, you’ll love changing rooms on the bbc america cable channel. Trading spaces was based on it.

I was addicted to this show for quite some time. Then I realized I could watch the first five minutes and the last five minutes and really not miss a thing. -grin

Hey, I’ve got an idea, why don’t we start a “Trading Spaces” for blogs?! We could redesign each other’s virtual spaces.

I, of course, would promise to not touch parts of the blog I’ve been asked not to. And I’d do it under budget (I’m not a web designer AND project manager for nothing! -grin)
