I heard of “natural” orgies in Switzerland, where you would have warm baths of about 50 degree celsius of certain body areas to kill all what’s in there. Lasts a couple of hours (-:, afterall that stuff is permanently produced.
They didn’t say anything about long term ill effects - don’t think, they were bothered.

So I thought. Well that figures.
Did the Romans have lap tops ? They were supposed to have suffered a decline in sperm count.
